Codes may be extracted from policies on a policy by policy basis or by defining a group of policies to be processed as a group.
Extracting Codes from a Single Policy
Click on the Extract button on the Policy Screen. Any existing codes for the policy will be deleted and a new set of codes will be extracted as unknown codes (blue).
Extracting codes from a multiple policies at once.
Select "Extract" from the "Process"
menu.
Define the group to be crunched.
The policies will be processed one by one in ID order.
