1) Click on the Query Button at the top of the list.
A Query dialog box will be displayed
2) Select the field to Query.
Look first in the Master Table, then the Related table.
3) Select the operator (i.e. equal to, greater than etc).
4) Enter the Value to Query.
5) Select the Query button or for a compound Query.
6) Click the "And" or "Or" button.
7) Click "Add a Line" and enter the second part of the compound Query as above.
