Manually adding a code to a policy

1) Click on the "Add Code" button on the policy screen.

An "Enter Code" dialog box will be displayed.

2) Enter the code or range to be added to the policy.

The system automatically recognizes CPT vs. ICD9 and single Code vs Ranges

3) Click the OK Button.

The code or code range will be added to the bottom of the code list.

When the policy is completely categorized (No blue codes exists) the codes will be displayed in numerical order. Codes are displayed in their order of occurrence for processing, and when processing is completed they are then displayed in numerical order.
